Sauce Recipe:
– Coriander & Garlic
– Lemon Zest
– pinch of Salt, red chili pepper, white pepper
– 1/2 cup of lemon juice
– 1 spoon of Veggie oil

Mix all the sauce ingredients together, and pour it over the fish fillet until it covers it very well.
Place the fish in the tray and cover with aluminium foil
Place it in the oven for 20 minutes, on 250 degrees
Turn the fillet fish on the other side, and then again leave it in the oven for about 10 minutes.

When you find that the fish is very well done, place it in the plate and decorate it with diced tomato and olives.

You can serve it with rice on the side, or salad.
